The official 2027 BNP Paribas Open dates are February 28–March 14. Use the tournament’s current schedule and ticket information to choose the sessions you want before matching your accommodation dates. The published tournament span is not a promise that every ticket category or session is available throughout.

For a short trip, leave room for arrival before your first session. For a longer visit, keep a day without tickets for the pool, El Paseo or a relaxed meal at the estate. Match plans to the schedule as it is released rather than assuming the same daily program each year.

Viva Las Rocas is a hillside base in South Palm Desert; plan on driving to the Indian Wells Tennis Garden. Review the tournament’s parking, entry and bag policies and allow additional time around popular sessions. This is not a walk-to-tennis rental and no event shuttle from the estate is included.

For couples traveling together, the main hacienda and casitas offer distinct sleeping spaces. Check the bedroom and bathroom arrangement below before assigning rooms: four bathrooms across the estate does not mean four ensuite bedrooms.
