The estate

A hacienda in conversation with the mountain.

Approximately four private acres of Spanish character, open-air rooms and monumental stone—elevated above the Coachella Valley and designed to feel entirely its own.

Arrival

Step through the arch. Leave the ordinary behind.

The private mountain approach resolves into a white-plaster hacienda entrance. Through its arched doors, brick paths and a fountain courtyard draw the eye toward the valley.

Terracotta, hand-finished timber, copper, tile and adobe-toned walls give the estate its unmistakable Spanish character—warm, collected and rooted in place.

The courtyard

An open-air room above the valley.

The pergola casts a lacework of shadows over a generous, newly furnished seating area. Framed by the rock formations and valley horizon, it is made for slow breakfasts, sunset drinks and unhurried conversation.
