The official 2027 weekends are April 9–11 and April 16–18. Confirm that everyone’s festival passes match the same weekend, then check the estate’s calendar and full stay terms on Airbnb. Consider arriving before the opening day and leaving after the final night, subject to availability and minimum-stay rules.
Festival passes, parking and shuttle products are separate from accommodation. Check the official festival information for what each product includes. A stay at Viva Las Rocas does not include festival admission or preferential access.
Make the return journey part of the plan
The estate is in South Palm Desert, not beside the festival grounds in Indio. Plan a driver, official parking or travel to an official shuttle stop before committing to a route. Do not assume a shuttle picks up at the property, or that late-night rideshare availability will match the daytime experience.
Allow for event traffic, queues and the final drive back into the hills. We do not publish a fixed festival journey time because it depends on your route, departure time and event operations. Check official transport guidance close to the weekend.
A peaceful stay for your booked group
The appeal is a private pool, separate sleeping areas and time together away from the festival crowds. The estate is designed for peaceful stays and quiet enjoyment. It is not promoted as an after-party venue; review guest limits and all house rules before reserving.
Plan groceries and daytime meals around your festival schedule. If you need a particular pool temperature, discuss optional heating and its actual cost before arrival.
